DCO Publishing is an independent publishing house in Cebu City, Philippines. Our operation started in 2018. We are a micro-entity business with just less than five members in the team. Although we are small, our mission is bigger than all of us collectively, which is to tell the story of Cebu to the entire world.
Our books hold records of specific time, of people with hopes and dreams, and of places that so many do not know exist. Each title gives a glimpse into the rich history and diverse culture of Cebu.
